Custom Clay Figure Commissions – Handmade Just for You

Order Process:

1.) Select Your Style

Choose between Chibi Style or Scale Style. Then choose between a plain base or custom base. If your idea doesn't fit neatly into the chibi or scale categories, please feel free to reach out so we can work something out!

2.) Fill up commission request form

Tell me your ideas! Feel free to include any inspiration photos, sketches, or descriptions so I can understand your vision! Please finalize your design so I can give you final pricing. After your request has been received, I will send you an invoice email for you to complete the checkout process so I can get started on your commission! (Note that the indicated price is the base price and not final.)
Payment must be made upfront before I begin your commission.

3.) Processing

If and when relevant, I may contact you for more info, references, and to share progress pics. Please be mindful that I may be working on multiple commissions at the same time so I may not be able to give you day-by-day updates.

4.) Shipping

Once the figure is done, you will receive a tracking number/link. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for domestic (USA) shipping.

Chibi Style

Each figure features a cute, oversized head and a small body. These figures are approximately 12cm/4.75 inches tall, making them a perfect desk companion or a unique gift~!

Scale Style

$250+

Let me sculpt your character to life in 3D! This style is perfect for those who want a more realistic and detailed representation of their character.

Figures are sculpted to a standard height of 20cm/7.75 inches, ensuring consistency across all commissions.

Terms and Conditions

  • I retain full rights to my work, including commissioned work. I hold the right to feature any and all commissions on my website and social media. Please give proper credit to my work on your platforms, if applicable.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is handmade and will possess unique artistic variations. Its appearance may differ slightly from reference photos due to lighting and differences in screen color calibration.

  • Custom figures usually take 3 to 6 weeks before shipping, depending on complexity and my current queue.

  • Subjects I do not feel comfortable accepting: NSFW, gore, mecha/robotic parts, hyperrealism.

  • Before placing an order, I encourage you to review my previous works and my social media pages. This will give you a clear sense of my specific style, color usage, texture, and overall aesthetic. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree that you are satisfied with my artistic style and process.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for domestic (USA) shipping. 

    I put my heart into creating your order, and I'm just as excited as you are for it to arrive! Please know that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the actual delivery timeline is beyond my control. 

    While I take great care in packaging everything safely, I am not responsible for mail that is lost or damaged by the carrier.
