My Story

Hi! My name is Samantha and I was born and raised in the Philippines. I picked up claying in 2019 as a hobby, during a time when I was searching for a new job. The journey of hopping from one career to another eventually led me back to my roots and my first love—art. Encouraged by my family and friends who admired my talent for crafting charming figures and cute charms, I decided to accept commissions and thus, LunaLikha was born.

Since then, I've embraced my passion as a full-time clay artist, with a dream to create a unique line of handcrafted figures based on my original characters. While it took me some time to muster the courage to share my original creations, I now feel it's the perfect moment to introduce them to the world.

Never quite fitting into any one mold pushed me to explore beyond the ordinary, reaching for the stars, even if only figuratively. I find comfort and creativity in the night, which is why I chose the name LunaLikha, combining “Luna” (meaning moon) and “Likha” (a Filipino or Tagalog word meaning creation).
